Growers: Place your order as usual with your Broker. Tell them you wish to participate in the "Tag Exchange Program." Note the exchange program is per order; individual orders cannot be split with this program. If you have items you want included in the exchange program and others you do not you'll need to place two separate orders. (Example: Some varieties are ordered for 41/2 " pot production and you need all of the stake tags. Other varieties are for Basket production, thus requiring Container Garden tags and fewer stake tags).
Brokers: Because brokers' systems handle programs slightly differently, we've developed suggestions to note orders that are part of the Tag Exchange Program. These are suggestions; a representative from your Proven Winners/Proven Selections supplier will contact you prior to implementation of this program to discuss how to note this on your orders:
- Add a $0.00 charge line item to your system, with an item code that will cause it to be first on your order. This will make it easily recognizable by the Customer Service person processing your order.
- Add a comment in the notes section of your order. Please insure it clearly communicates your desire to participate in this program.
- For the very few orders still being hand written, it will be important to note your wish to include the order in the Exchange Program very clearly on the paperwork, preferably at the beginning of the first page.
