Who Can Participate? Who Offers the Program? When Does It Start?

Everyone - it is open to all growers and brokers and offered by all U.S. Proven Winners propagators (except Center Greenhouses) for all tray sizes of Proven Winners and Proven Selections® varieties. It is effective for the 2002-2003 selling season. The program is not yet available in Canada.
